27 June 2008 I discovered something sad while putting together today's update: There are way too many Sims 2 creators who won't allow their stuff to be included in lots for upload. I don't understand why it is so - you'd think a creator would want as many simmers as possible to use their creations. But apparantly it isn't so for quite a few, and that's a real pain when you're trying to build and decorate a nice little house. Which is what I was doing. Because I wanted to offer a fully decorated house together with my latest object set. You see, this month's update is a collection of build items, The Monsoon Build Set:  You get 27 new meshes - windows, doors, staircases, railings, borders, columns and some blinds and curtains. It is all found under 'New Meshes' - 'Build Items'. You can click on the picture to go there directly. If you wish you can also download the house I built to show the new stuff. It's called 'The Monsoon' and is a modified replica of the house where I first lived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia years ago. Apart from some of the new build items it is fully furnished with some lovely stuff. Because luckily there are still quite a number of talented and generous creators who does allow their creations to be shared in houses. I'm particularly grateful to my good friends over at Avalon.
